How ordering works
You choose a plan on the plans page and fill in the checkout form after clicking BUY NOW. After you confirm on WhatsApp, your login details are sent by WhatsApp and email, and you follow the guide for your device to start watching.

How we support you after you order
Buying a subscription is only the start. After your order, you receive your login details by WhatsApp and email together with a link to the right setup guide. If the app shows an error, or a channel does not play, send us a message with your device name and a photo of the screen. Most problems are small: a typing mistake in the login details, an old channel list in the app, or weak Wi-Fi near the TV. We explain the fix step by step, in simple language.
Before your subscription ends, we remind you by email or WhatsApp, so you can decide in time whether you want to renew. Nothing renews without your decision.
