You can request a refund within 24 hours of the activation of your subscription. Send your request to our support team during those 24 hours.
How to request a refund
Contact our support team on WhatsApp or by email and tell us that you would like a refund. So that we can find your order, please include:
- your order number;
- the email address you used for the order;
- the WhatsApp number you used for the order.
Test first with the free 24-hour trial
We offer a free 24-hour trial so that you can test the service before you pay. The trial is free and no payment is needed. During the trial you can check the channels, the picture quality and the stability on your own device and with your own internet connection. You can request it on our free trial page, and our support team sends your trial login on WhatsApp.
