How reseller plan credits work

Credits are the currency of your reseller panel. Each time you create or extend a subscription for a customer, the panel deducts credits according to the length of that subscription:

Trial accounts cost no credits, so you can let every new customer test the service before they pay. A 24-month subscription uses only 20 credits, which gives you more margin on long subscriptions.

How to start with a reseller plan

1. Choose a reseller plan package, click BUY NOW and fill in the checkout form, then confirm on WhatsApp.
2. Receive access to your own reseller panel with your credits.
3. Create free trial accounts for your first customers.
4. Turn trials into paid subscriptions and manage everything from your panel.

Tips for new IPTV resellers

• Start every customer with a trial. Trials cost no credits and let customers check the channels on their own TV and internet connection. Ask them to run a quick Speedtest first, so a slow connection is not mistaken for a service problem.
• Send setup guides, not long messages. Share the link to the right installation guide for the customer’s device. It saves you time and reduces support questions.
• Offer longer subscriptions. 12- and 24-month lines mean fewer renewals to manage, and the 24-month line uses fewer credits per month.
• Keep an eye on expiry dates. Use your reseller panel to see which lines expire soon and contact those customers before they run out.
