Changes to the terms and conditions
We may, at any time and in our sole discretion, adjust these terms and conditions of use, including our privacy policy, with or without notice to the client. Any such change will be effective immediately upon open posting. Your continued use of our Service and this Site following any such change constitutes your acceptance of these adjusted terms.
Minimum age requirement
To become a member and use the IPTVGG services, you must be 18 years of age or older.
Terms of use and service
You may not directly or through the use of any device, software, website, online service or other means, re-stream, distribute, broadcast or transmit the Content.
Third Party Purchases
Your transactions and other dealings with third party vendors found on or through the Service, including “click to buy” and other comparable programs, are solely between you and such merchant.
The quality of streams
A perfect viewing experience depends on the network access and device capabilities. The elements will be based on your location, internet capacity, the number of devices connected to the same network, the content you have selected, and the configuration of the device you are using. Subsequently, IPTVGG cannot make any guarantees about the content of these connections. Please note that sharing a subscription will result in permanent suspension or device ban.
Refunds and used balance
You can request a refund within 24 hours of activation, as described in our refund policy. After this period, all subscriptions and credits used are final and non-refundable.
Unsupported Regions
Our services are unavailable in the following countries: Iran.
Accuracy of information
All data you submit to our database must be accurate and up-to-date. Please keep your passwords safe. You don’t have to reveal it to any IPTVGG agents. You are responsible for all use of your account.
Compatibility
To access the Services, you must use devices that meet the system and compatibility requirements that we establish in our Help Center.
Internet service and data usage
You are responsible for any charges associated with your network access used to access our Services.
Share a subscription
Sharing a subscription is not allowed. You can only have one active stream open at any one time. But by purchasing additional connections, you can watch on multiple devices at the same time.
Purchase details
To make a purchase, you must follow the ordering procedures described through the Service. Pricing details for products and procedures for payment and delivery are displayed via the Service and are subject to change without notice.
Suspension and downtime
In addition to our rights to terminate or suspend your access described above, you acknowledge that: your access and use of the Services may be suspended for the duration of any sudden or unplanned downtime or unavailability of any part or all of the Services for any reason. All correspondence and notices sent or offered pursuant to this Agreement should be in English. We retain all authority to immediately terminate or limit your use of the Services or access to Content at any time, without notice or liability, if IPTVGG determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, or violated any law, rule or regulation. The IPTVGG logo and other IPTVGG marks, graphics and scripts are trademarks of IPTVGG. None of the IPTVGG trademarks may be copied, downloaded or otherwise exploited.
